How much will it cost you?

Nothing, we do not charge any fees, in fact, we pay you. You will get the monthly payments that we guarantee whether the property is fully occupied or not. We take care of the maintenance, pay for the bills, pay for the repairs required and hire professional cleaners to clean the common areas of the property, at least twice a month.

How is it possible that it is free?

We simply charge our tenants a slightly higher rent for our high standard services. This gives us an allowance to make sure the bills and repairs are paid and make it profitable for you and us.

Will the property be well maintained?

The only way to make this profitable for us is to charge higher rent for our quality services , hence, we need to keep the property in excellent condition. Therefor, we are strongly motivated to maintain the property in its best shape. We mitigate the risk of tenants damaging the property by carrying out inspections every month. Additionally, we hire cleaners that attend to the property twice a month, reporting back anything of note.
